Office Hours.
 
Early Years Orthodontics is open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM until 5:00 PM.
Dr. Cash and his team rotate between our three convenient locations in Frankfort, Cynthiana and Lexington.
 
It is important to us that the quality of our business services matches the quality of our orthodontic treatment.  We want appointment scheduling, from the start through the final appointment, to be perceived as an extension of the orthodontic care we provide you and your family.  Our schedule was designed in order to provide you with the best possible treatment and appointment service.
 
Our Role.
 
Our role is to schedule as many of your short appointments after school as possible. These will be your routine adjustments, x-rays, placement of separators, retainer placement or retainer evaluation.  We will make every effort to find an appointment time that fits agreeably into both of our schedules. We will, to the best of our ability, limit the number of appointments required that can not be completed after school. It is not our intention to keep your children from school or you from work unnecessarily.  We will do our best to insure that you are seen within 10 to 15 minutes of your appointment starting time. We know that your time is valuable.
 
 
Your Role.
 

Your role is to understand that longer procedures which include repair of damaged appliances, initial placement or removal of appliances cannot be completed after school. To schedule these appointments after school would keep us from being able to schedule routine appointments after school.  To prevent repeated long procedures, it is imperative that patients do not damage their braces. Loose bands, brackets, or broken archwires require appointments during school hours and may extend the length of treatment as well.
