Our role is to file an insurance claim with your carrier in a timely manner following placement of appliances. This generally occurs within one week. It is our responsibility to insure that payment begins and that the estimate of total payment to be received correlates to our approximation.
Your role requires understanding that the balance of your account is your responsibility if your insurance does not pay at all, or does not pay as expected. If your insurance company does not pay your claim within 6 months, the balance will be transferred to your account. New payment options may be considered to incorporate this amount into your monthly draft if desired.
