Joan Blackburn
Finance & Insurance Coordinator
  
Joan began working with Dr. Cash in 1997. She has many years of experience with insurance. As the Financial Coordinator at Early Years, Joan also fills the roles of  Insurance & Personnel Coordinators at Early Years.   Joan lives in Frankfort with her husband, Randy and has two grown sons, Travis and Levi.  When she's not working, Joan enjoys reading, crafts, and her involvement with the young married couples at Buck Run Baptist Church.

 

 
Heather Crump
Orthodontic Assistant
 Heather began working as a Clinical Assistant with Dr. Cash in 2001. Heather is a Certified Dental Assistant with Expanded Duties and Certified to perform Coronal Polishing. She attended the Dental Lab Program at LCC and worked in the UK College of Dentistry for 4 years. She lives in Cynthiana with her husband, Kevin, her daughter, Hadlie and her son, Jesse. When she's not working at Early Years, Heather is "The Nutty Baker" specializing in Confections, Catering & Concessions. Check her out on Facebook!
  
 
 
Leslie DePauw
New Patient Coordinator
 
Leslie joined Early Years in 2011 as our New Patient Coordinator with more than 20 years of experience in dentistry! She and her family are relatively new to Kentucky and reside in Georgetown; they are originally from Michigan. In addition to a husband, David, Leslie has a 13 year old daughter, Hannah.
 
 
 
 
 
Brandon Gordon
Lab Technician, Records Technician
 
Brandon is a 2011 graduate of the University of Kentucky, with a degree in Biology.  He began working at Early Years Orthodontics in May and hopes to enter dental school at UK in the fall of 2012.  Brandon has traveled to Honduras doing mission work on four separate occasions; two of those trips were with Dr. Cash providing dental treatment.  In his spare time Brandon likes to swim, read, play basketball, watch sports and listen to music.
 
 
 
Leslie Mastin
Orthodontic Assistant
Leslie began working as a Clinical Assistant with Dr. Cash in 1999. Leslie is Certified Dental Assistant after completion of the Dental program at Central Kentucky Technical College and a Radiation Certification course. She lives in Cynthiana with her husband, Lancer, her daughter, Mackenzie and her son, Garrett. When she's not working, Leslie enjoys spending time with her family, camping & swimming, and renovating houses. Watch out for Leslie and her power tools! 
 
 
 
 
Tracy Mattox
Scheduling Coordinator
 

Tracy also joined Early Years in 2011.  She is the new face greeting you in our Cynthiana office. Many of you may already know Tracy as she is a Cynthiana native. Tracy brings ten years of experience working with children. She lives in Cynthiana with her husband, David and her 11 year old  son, Kelton and 6 year old daughter, Ryleigh.

 
 
 
 
 
Angie Roberts
Orthodontic Assistant
 
 Angie began working as a Clinical Assistant with Dr. Cash in 2003. Angie has worked for many years in healthcare and has completed her Radiation Certification. She lives in Cynthiana with her husband, Billy and daughter, Shelby and her son, Dray. When Angie isn't working at Early Years, she & her husband enjoy spending time in Tennessee and preparing for their favorite time of the year, Halloween. Ashley Sutphin
Office Manager
 Ashley began working with Dr. Cash in 1996 after graduating from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Arts. Having previously served as Scheduling Coordinator and New Patient Coordinator, Ashley is now the Office Manager.  She lives in Frankfort with her husband, Jon and two daughters, Savannah and Olivia. When she's not working, Ashley enjoys reading, following her daughters' activities and working on her Just Jewelry business.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Jenny Weeks
Scheduling Coordinator
 
Jenny began working for Early Years Orthodontics in 2006 as a Clinical Assistant after working in Early Childhood Education for more than 15 years. Yes, she really likes kids! She now fills the role of Scheduling Coordinator and is usually the voice you hear when you call.  Jenny and her husband Tom live in Frankfort and have 2 grown children, Kalee and Chris. When Jenny isn't working she enjoys spending time with her family, reading on her new Kindle, and listening to music.  If you hear anyone singing well in the office, it's probably Jenny. If you hear singing that's not so great.... that's the rest of us :)
